Install Google Translator 2

Some time ago I've posted Install Google Translator version 1. Display version 1 may be less interesting. Now we post version 2, more interesting from the previous version, because there are pictures of all the state flag.

1. Login to Account Blogger
2. Select Layout
3. Select Add a Gadget --> HTML/Javascript
