Create Form "Subscribe Via Email"

First Step:

Visit site http://www.feedburner.com
After entering the site, you must to fill your blog feed address. Usually your blog feed address: http://YOURBLOGNAME.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default, please replace YOURBLOGNAME with your address.
Fill the name of the feed in the fields, and then click "next" button.
After that, the registration form appears, please fill in your data, then click the "Activate Feed" button.

Then click "Activate" button.
